5/21/26 10am ish, I had 65 minutes between a connecting flight. I decided as I landed, of all the places I wanted to eat breakfast at MIA it was Einstein's. I make the trek from E to D (13 minute walk). I put my order in, 20 minutes later the order still was not ready! It was 3 simple drinks and 3 sandwiches. As I'm waiting, I get a notification from the airlines that they already began boarding. I tell the the cashier, hey I need my order I'm boarding and that's when they double checked and started preparing I got it ready. Me and kids run back to our terminal to be THE LAST ONES TO BOARD! As I take a deep breath, sit down and get ready to eat.... my order is not correct, it's missing items in the sandwich that I paid extra for (tomatoes, do you see tomatoes in the picture)! Way to go! This was my only meal as I took an international flight. And I almost missed my flight for this bs. You will Never! see me again at MIA. none of the locations in that airport. 2 stars because all the drinks were good. Good coffee trash sandwhiches with stale hard to chew microwaved bagel sandwhiches. Terrible AND costly, heร t and serve crap.

Very fast service with an electronic ordering system. It's in the middle of a busy airport corridor, so don't really expect any ambience, but there are plenty of places nearby where you can sit and eat your bagel.

Garbage. Hiked up prices, rude staff, and the food is awful. Paid $35 for two coffees and two bagels. Asked for one egg on each, was charged for two. And look at the picture for the absolute state of the food, never again.

Per usual for Miami airport; staff is super bland and not trying to be professional. Just super rushed and hectic. Food is not fresh or made to order. Disappointing for an Einstein Bros. Bagels bc they have the potential to be so good! Just slapped together, the edges of the salmon was dried out(old), crapes were dried out as well, and bagel stale. The coffee was good but only filled to 3/4 for the large. For $22.00 I highly donโt recommend.

There are many different bagels. to choose from. There are also other baked goods. They have several cream cheese flavors for your bagel. My bagel was warm and had a good amount of cream cheese on it. Service was good but not quick. The pizza bagel felt a bit over cooked. It did have good flavors and tasted like pepperoni pizza. Overall good experience.
